Hello, I am not sure but I think it is the software data. It might take a while to explain and may involve my data being accessed by A savvy computer son in law, plus it may also involve my software being accessed my son who has the same name as me but he lives in Lubbock, TX.

You are a different person. I thought the previous person was someone else. The APP store came back with someone else from "Just Answer". Do I have the correct company or person That in had a couple of minutes ago? Sorry for the question but I want to be sure you are not someone else's who has. Access. hi jess, I just went back and looked and I saw that Jess M. On Just answer said he saw my response and just charged my account $39.00. He closed by saying Just go back to your account...so I guess that is you Jess. I am currently not at home and am out of town at a wedding in New Jersey. And I am going to bed. I will,leave the iPad on all night so it can be worked on overnight. My cell phone is(###) ###-#### but it currently needs to be charged and I only have one cable to do that and it is plugged into the Eye pad you are working on. Since you will be needing the iPad during the night, I have to wait until the morning to recharge the cell phone. have a nice evening. ***** *****

I don,t know where the problem is. I thought you needed access the it to resolve the issue that was as why I thought I should make it available to you. Otherwise how would you know how to fix the issue you discover.? I am not the computer expert. I will be glad to assist and not hinder your progress.
