Hi I have magiicjack and can not get it to go through my house phone no matter who calls it doesn't go through

Technician's Assistant: What magicJack model do you have?

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your magicJack phone? What have you tried so far?

Its been a pain since I put it in around may or so I bought a new phone wont connect to phone

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the phone expert to know before I connect you?

Unplug replug nothing I have one down stairs and it works good
