My keyboard isn't working consistently -model K750. when I turn it off and on the red battery light flashes. but there is no battery in the keyboard?
JA: What's the make and model of your computer? And have you had problems with this keyboard in the past?
Customer: My computer is an HP Elite book and I never had a problem before. Purchased the new keyboard in March and it worked fine until now

Customer: No
