My magic service runs out today and I wasn't going to renew

My magic jack service runs out today and I wasn't going to renew because since last year I could not put any money in my pre paid account to call over seas and that was the main reason for having magic jack, in the first place; if you fix this problem I will renew.
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: Yes, and it had cost me on 2 separate occasions (1) $129.00 & $135.00 from your service with men with Indian accents and it was never fixed.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No updates.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No only, to get it working as before, I am with your system Magic Jack since 2009.
