Well it's not the computer. We have our home phone connected through Magicjack which works fine.
JA: What's the make and model of your computer? And how long have you been using magicJack?

JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: not sure

Customer: we have a MJ plus. #K1103. We use it for our home phone connection and need to know how to block unwanted incoming calls
