My Movie Folders are suddenly missing from my "D" Drive and my External "F" Drive in Windows 10 ---- Where didthey Go?
JA: What kind of computer do you have?

JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I haven't but I don't know about "Windows Update".
