I got a bill from Magic Jack about 3 months ago paid it about 2 months ago and then I lost my Magic Jack phone service. I've pulled the Magic Jack plug out, waited a few minutes replaced it - nothing - then checked the wires to the router - pulled and replaced - nothing - the same with the phones - still won't work. Now what do I do??? Vern Wilson writing
