Hi Pearl. My Logitech keyboard for my iPad is popping up with random gs and xys and I can't manage to reset it. Any ideas? Thank you.
JA: What's the make and model of your computer? And have you had problems with this keyboard in the past?
Customer: iPad mini. Yes. It has done this before.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Yes. New iOS which I hate, but that's another story! ūüėí
JA: What confuses you?
Customer: My keyboard typing random gs and xy combinations is a trifle confusing

To un-pair a Bluetooth keyboard from an iPad or iPad mini:

  1. On your iPad or iPad mini, go to Settings > Bluetooth.

  2. Tap next to the keyboard name.

  3. Tap Forget this Device.

To pair a Bluetooth device with iPad or iPad mini:

Turn on the keyboard.

  1. Press the Bluetooth button to put the keyboard into discoverable mode for pairing.

  2. On your iPad or iPad mini, go to Settings > Bluetooth.

  3. Turn on Bluetooth.

  4. Tap the keyboard when it appears in the Devices list.
