My wireless mouse is not working. The charge lights are blinking all at once about twice per second.
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: It's an IBM Thinkcentre. The mouse has worked well for years and I'm still using the same computer.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?

What is the make/model of your wireless mouse?

Hi Josh,It's a Logitech and just started working again. I had unplugged and replugged the USB transmitter, but I guess hadn't turned the mouse off and on. So thanks for your help. Everything's ok.

In the future, that is a good way to "soft reset" the mouse and fix any glitches. Also, if your mouse has batteries then removing and replacing them works as well.
