Problem - I was told to buy a new mouse (a M325) to replace a suspect M505, and now (after many other problems on my laptop I have no drivers for either?
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your laptop, and what operating system are you running?

Customer: yes - I have had the PCDoctors here twice
