I have a Compaq model # j07M040.00 that says I need a start up disc...I have misplaced the disc, now what
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your Compaq? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: on screen bottom it says Compaq Evo N610c
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: was using windows XP
