I have a Maxell SolidMouse and it's no longer responding to my ASUS laptop. What should I do?
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your laptop, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: I'm running Windows 10 on an ASUS 1511 laptop.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've tried new batteries, changing the USB port, and pressing the DPI button and the button that shows a volume symbol.
