My name is Randy,

I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue. I will be glad to assist you with this.

The best option for this is to use the Logitech software>

Alert Commander Software

Logitech Alert Commander software lets you monitor your Alert security cameras and manage your Alert web server account. You can configure your camera settings, reboot your camera, create zones, and more. Set up Alert notifications to be sent to an email account or to your desktop, and create a schedule for Alert notifications. You can also store video clips to your hard drive by date and time, and view them later using the Playback mode.

NOTE: To get software for your mobile devices, do the following:

  • Android devices – Search for Logitech Alert in the Google Play Store
  • iPad and iPhone - Search for Logitech Alert in Apple’s App Store
  • Blackberry - Search for Logitech Alert in BlackBerry App World

I have the commander software. I'm moving away from that. My question was how to use Blue Iris with these cameras
