Hello
Expert:  Bhavik Joshi replied 12 months ago.

Are you able to place call from it? Did you check if it's problem with ringing volume. There is a possible that while incoming call it is not ringing.

How are you using it ?? Using computer or Iphone ?

Customer: replied 12 months ago.
I can't receive any incoming calls. No, it's nothing to do with the ringing volume. I'm using my computer.
