Customer Question

My PC headset was working fine last night, but tonight I have no sound.  My device manager says it is working properly, but in my VOIP it shows that my headset and mic are disabled. How do I enable them? I have tried the suggestions on the internet but to no avail. Why did they become disabled? Is it perhaps a sound card issue? It seems as though my soundcard is not working, but again device manager says it is working properly. Help!
