Ok, just wanted to make sure. I'm going to upload the newest Touchpad driver from that model from the Toshiba site for you to install. Just to make sure the driver is up-to-date and not corrupted.

We can use the keyboard shortcut keys and the arrow keys to maneuver.
Just a thought, did you reseat the USB receiver for your mouse or move it to another USB port?

If you hold down Alt+Esc, your Start Menu will open. Use your arrow keys to go through your apps to open an internet browser. Internet Explorer might be the easiest option without a mouse.
