Neither my touchpad or external mouse will work. I have already rebooted and restarted in safe mode and neither still work... Help

Toshiba satellite P775-S7100. We already checked the FN F9 key. It's not that. Neither my touchpad or external will work

Just a thought, did you reseat the USB receiver for your mouse or move it to another USB port?

If you hold down Alt+Esc, your Start Menu will open. Use your arrow keys to go through your apps to open an internet browser. Internet Explorer might be the easiest option without a mouse.
