Just installed new batteries in my Logitech M510 mouse, Green light is on continuously and mouse does not work, keyboard is working
JA: Thanks. Can you give me any more details about your issue?
Customer: I have Logitech keyboard and mouse combo on a desktop with Windows 10. Both were working fine for last few months. Mouse stopped working yesterday. I installed fresh batteries and no luck. I have downloaded latest unify software and tried to pair the mouse. Have tried all USB ports.

I have already gone through these steps. Installed the software and attempted to pair through the software. No luck.
