Hi. I need help. I want to clean out my mini Dell Inspiron so that it will run faster. I do not want to clean out everything there are some things I want to keep like my McAfee antivirus software and a couple of other things. Can you help?

I am home now. I removed a few things from off my mini laptop already and that seemed to help a little but I do not know about the other things you mentioned. I will be going to bed early tonight but maybe we can do this during my break tomorrow at 10:20am.
