Hi there,

First, check in Device Manager for any error messages.

If it is not showing there either, then try using a different cable.

Let me know what operating system you are using if you require further assistance.

Expert:  Pete replied 1 year ago.

Further, could you let me know the make and model number of the camera you are referring to - is it the built-in web camera, or an external camera that you have connected to the laptop?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It is an inbuilt camera
Expert:  Pete replied 1 year ago.

Ok, so can you check in Device Manager for any error messages and let me know?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The Device Manager show no errors I took some screen shots of what I shows but do not know how to attach to this reply
Expert:  Pete replied 1 year ago.
