Hello and thank you for using this service,
Is this the logitech k360?
If so, what Windows version are you running? Windows 10, 8, or 7?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
it is logitech k360. I messed up my mlaptop running Windows 8.1 by spilling water on its keyboard. In meantime, l powered up pc running XP and keyboard worked fine for a day or so. Now is not recognized.

are you trying to use this on your XP desktop, or your Windows 8.1 laptop?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Are you there?

pc XP laptop is literally dead in water

Yoohoo where are you?

Not sure I understood your last response. Are you saying the keyboard doesn't work on the XP laptop?
If so, what happens when you plug in the keyboard USB receiver into your USB port on that computer? Turn up your speakers and plug and unplug a few times, and look in the lower right corner of your desktop by the clock. Let me know if you see or hear anything at all, or if nothing moves or happens when you do this. Wait a few seconds before plugging and unplugging the received to give the computer time to recognize. Also, try this with every USB port on the laptop if nothing happens on the first one you try.
