Windows 7 Professional on a Dell Desktop

Normally the Zip drives spin three times before their content appears on the Windows Explorer window. But this disk spins about 5 times and then stops, and no listing appears in WExplorer.

I think I'll have to call Drive Crash and send them the actual disk.
