Hi, Is that a hole at the top at the 60 on the face? Thanks Mike

with a stem that I think this little key fits.
Expert:  Mike replied 1 year ago.

Hi, If that is a hole at the top at the 60 on the face the picture is hard to tell, that is the winding arbor that controls the speed you use the small end of your key to turn the arbor shaft. You would turn the key to the RIGHT to speed up the clock by turning the key 1/2 turn at a time then just watch to see how much that helped in correcting the speed if it still runs slow repeat turning the key another 1/2 turn until you reach the correct speed. Thanks Mike

Hi, Yes if the little key you have that is what you use to adjust the speed. Usually you have a double ended key. Just follow the directions I gave you above. Thanks Mike

As I have said in prior conversations, I needed some time to determine if your suggestions would work. I did what you said and turned the arbor key to the right. By the end of one week, it was still running 30 minutes slow. I am going to take it to my jeweler and would like to unsubscribe to justanswer. How do I do that?
Expert:  Mike replied 1 year ago.

Hi, By turning the key to the right is how you can control the speed on this model clock it might need to be reset if that did not work. For unsubscribing you will have to contact JustAnswer's customer service. I do not have anything to do with the billing but I can forward this question to them. Thanks Mike
