Customer Question

I need to know how to set the linkage between the clock and the calendar on a Howard Miller 612-545 clock.
JA: I throw away my watch whenever it stops moving. Some people love fixing timepieces. Differences like that make the world go round I guess - maybe that's clockwork too. Please tell me everything you can so the Clock Technician can help you best.
Customer: The link between the clock and the calendar has an adjusting collet on the shaft I want to know how to set it where it belongs.
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Clock Technician should know?
Customer: not if they are familiar with this model clock.
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Clock Technician about your situation and then connect you two.

Hi , My name is ***** ***** it is my pleasure to assist you. First remove the back panel and there should be a rod that you can adjust by pushing the rod up or down to the correct day once the day is correct tighten the rod back up into that position and the top movement should keep the calendar day correct. Try this option and let me know what happens. Thanks Mike
