My 1929 Auburn starts and runs. but only about a minute Why does it always shut down?

Hello, has any work been done other than the inline filter, Carb rebuilt/new points/etc?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
I put in new points and condenser and took carb apart to clean and free up internal parts. Engine sounds and runs good for about a minute

Does the Engine restart when it dies?
IF not, what do you do to get it to restart?
