I have a 63 Dodge Dart. Charging system is not charging

Customer Question

I have a 63 Dodge Dart. Charging system is not charging battery. We took alternator to have it tested and it's working. With car running we get a reading of 12.14. If we rev the engine up it goes up to about 12.20.
