You have a whole new system, now we need to work out which component is faulty.
Could be a rotor phasing issue, quite common with MSD now, and they have an adjustable rotor as an option.
Have you checked for spark output at the plug leads?
What part number distributor, and does it have a built in rev limiter?
Have you had any success with your car problem?
