I have a Rolls Royce Silver Spur 1987 and just changed the distributor cap and sadly mixed up the location of the A1 HT lead.
Could you please tell me looking from the top of the cap the location of A1.
Have I got the firing order right as A1,A3,B3,A2,B1,A4,B4

Hello Stewart,
Viewed from the drivers seat, through the windscreen, the A1 position on the distributor cap is at "1.30 oclock" ie 45 degrees clockwise from the very front terminal, viewed from above. Rotation is anticlockwise..
Firing order is as per this schematic..
Regards
Scott
