I am confused... continuity from the injector harness to ground? brown wire with the tan stripe?

Expert:  Canuck Tech replied 8 months ago.

So, power from the ASD relay goes to the injectors, engine running. The computer is responsible for providing the ground when it wants to pulse the injector. If the wire from the injector to the computer is unintentionally grounded, the injector is on all the time...

Disconnect the wiring harness at the computer. Disconnect the harness at #4 Injector. Using an ohmmeter, place one lead on a good ground, and the other lead on the brown wire with the tan stripe of the injector harness of #4. The ohm reading should be very high ideally, infinite. If it is 1-10 ohms or so, that wire is shorted to ground.

Have you done this?
