Trying to find ythe meaning of the following self diagnostic codes. SoF03.3, ct9492 and what is the meaning of no DTC.

they are not codes, that is the protocol. if nothing that came up as a 'P' code then there are no codes. Is there a "Red Dot" illuminated on the instrument cluster when you try to start the vehicle?

I have the car tore down right and replaced the crankcase positioning sensor and am taking the starter over for testing since I have it out. It will be a while before I have the car back together tonight to check anything.

Although I haven't formally checked the pressure it appears to have a lot of pressure when I break the line loose.Yes, it is pumping. I have a nice healthy spark also. The one thing I do notice is it turns over slowly even with a healthy battery. seemingly with effort. Both timing belts are also intact and look OK.

Not well. I have spark, fuel and have replaced both the crankcase positioning sensor and the camshaft sensor. I will pull the timing belt cover next but I think a skipped belt is a long shot. Could it be that there is not enough fuel pressure to open the injectors? I have given a shot or two of starter fluid into the air intake but if the injectors aren't opening that is redundant isn't it? oticed when I had the plugs out I wasn't getting any noticable odor of fuel coming out of the spark plug holes when the car turned over. Any ideas?

you can purchase a noid light set at harbor freight for cheap. the noid light will tell you if the computer is sending a pulse signal to the fuel injectors

Although the timing belt looked intact it had stripped it's gears off at the crankcase gear. After I pullled the upper timing belt cover I noticed the belt was not turning due to what appears to be a frozen or stiff camshaft. I will know more when I strip it down but that was the problem.

It's a non-interference engine so that shouldn't be a problem.
