JA: What year is your 300?
Customer: 2015 and it's a 200
JA: Are you fixing your 300 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: The computer code is U1424
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact code? And have you tried to reset it?
Customer: I don't know how to reset it. U1424

The codes U1424 indicates you have Implausible Engine Torque Signal Received and Chrysler has released a service bulletin dealing with this code as well as the needed repair. The bulletin calls for updating the ECM (computer) with new upgraded software which should resolve this issue for you as well as the code your getting. I have enclosed the bulletin in the link below for your review. Have a look and post back if you have more questions and or need more help and we can work from there .
