it was over heating took to a shopr they said new motor put new motor now the fans wont turn off
JA: Have you checked the coolant? Have you checked for a leak in the cooling system?
Customer: yes replace coolant replace heating censer now replace the van motor
JA: What is the model/year of your Chrysler?
Customer: 2001 3.8 v ^ the new motor is from a 2006 3.8.v.6

First replace the cooling fan relay to see if that helps. If not unplug the PCM to see if fans shut off, if so the PCM needs to be replaced. If fans run with PCM unplugged that means the wire that goes between PCM and relay is shorted to ground somewhere and needs to be fixed/replaced. Let me know if you have more questions, thanks.
