my Chrysler town and country 2008 minivan will not start due to a bad key fob

Customer: no, but it was periodically saying badkey
JA: Are you fixing your Town and Country yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I have not tried anything yet, it is stuck in a driveway at a friend's house

I would be willing to attempt to fix this myself if it is possible to get a replacement key fob and program it myself?
