Heavy rain yesterday my Durango just quit on the highway

Heavy rain yesterday my Durango just quit on the highway going 65 mph barley got it off the road no the engine just turns over no spark,any idea
JA: Does the engine spark at all? Is there a trouble code or is your "check engine light" on?
Customer: Engine light came on right before it quit code 700 and 850
JA: What year is your Durango?
Customer: 2004
JA: Are you fixing your Durango yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I'm trying to but not sure if it's a fuel problem or electrical
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: It has 190000 miles on it but a new engine with less than a 1000

About the only two things that I can think of off of the top of my head would be the fuel pump went bad, or you got water into the crank position sensor plug and the water shorted out the signal. You need to test the fuel pressure and see if you have spark for use to go any further into diagnosing the problem.
