Power passenger seat in 02 town and country limited wont go

Power passenger seat in 02 town and country limited wont go forward or back.
JA: Are you fixing your Town and Country yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Tried cleaning under the seat and disconnecting, cleaning connections and reconnecting the battery,
JA: Have you tested the battery with a voltmeter? And can you see if it's leaking or not?
Customer: Battery looks clean. Seems to provide power. Dont have a voltmeter.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

ignor the call, the system sends it not me ,no call necessary here at this time

this is the pin connector on passenger power seat motor ,with a test light and the power seat switched presses ,do you have power there ?

can you take seat out and test motor outside with like power probe if you have one or external power source like a battery to see if motor failed

you need to do that if power is there on the connector to confirm motor went bad or it is a wiring issue

When you push the knob to move the seat it makes a noise like it wants o go but it does not.

did you check the seat track for any obstruction ,use a flash light to assist you to see better
