Customer Question

My daughter has a Chrysler 300 Touring Sedan. She turned her key to start the car, the lights came on, but the motor didn't start, she just heard a clicking sound. Do you have a cause of the problem?

This usually means the battery has failed. You can use a multimeter to monitor battery voltage while trying to start, if voltage drops below 11v then battery needs to be replaced. If you do not have a meter then next step would be to remove battery and have it load tested at parts store which they will do for free. Let me know if you have more questions or if there is anything else I can do to help. Thanks.
