Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

I'm assuming it won't come out of park.

If the brake lights don't work and the shifter won't come out of park those issues are going to be related. Signal from the brake switch has to be seen for the shift interlock to allow the shifter to move from park.

The problem could be several things and it will take some electrical testing to determine what is going on. It appears that you've replaced the brake switch. Can you explain exactly what was done when installing the new switch?
