The car battery was replaced in my Chrysler 300 yesterday after being completely dead and now the remote start will not work. What could be causing this problem?

When I mash the remote start button the horn honks one time and then again it honks but nothing happens. I am not sure what a transponder is but everthing else works with the remote.

so what I have look thru you would need a scanner to access the remote start inhibitor ecu to see if there pending code or it working normal

Hello my name is***** will see if I can provide a little more insight to this issue.

The main inhibitors for the remote start system is the check engine light may be on or hood is open. Very low fuel level can attribute also. Are any of these conditions present?
