JA: Have you checked to make sure the thermostat is working? What about the coolant level?
Customer: the thermostat rises and lowers when driving
JA: What is the model/year of your Chrysler?
Customer: 2010
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: no it just happened on my way to work Should I go to the dealer or have it checked by Auto Zone with diagnostic test 1st

My name is ***** ***** I have worked for a Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep dealership for 19 years and I will do my best to help.

If you don't have any heat then you need to first check the heater hoses that go into the firewall and see if both are equally hot.. If one is cooler then you will need to flush the heater core and retest.. If both lines are hot then you have a blend door issue inside in the HVAC unit..
