My radio and light don't stay on after I turn off the key

Customer Question

my radio and light don't stay on after I turn off the key like the did before, is it a relay or something
JA: Can you turn the steering wheel at all? And what about the key? Is it worn or damaged?
Customer: normally the radio will stay on until I open the door and now it shut off as soon as I turn off the key
JA: What is the model/year of your Chrysler?
Customer: 2005 town and country
JA: Are you fixing your Town and Country yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: changed the relay around and it made no differance
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: thats it

Hello. My name is ***** ***** I will be helping you today.

The only relay involved is the accessory delay relay. That gets turned on through the front control module. Generally when it isnt working right its caused by a bad door ajar switch making the front control module think a door is opened. Do you have a scan tool with live data?
