it started shuting down while driving. no check light and no codes. I had the fuel pump replaced still when it shut down it act as if its out of gas. but after a few minutes it starts back up

If there are no codes setting and the fuel pump has been replaced then I suspect the powertrain control module is going down, either due to an internal failure or a loss of power or ground to it.

During the period where it does not restart what happens when you try to start it?
