Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

You may have a handful of things going on and it's going to take some testing to determine what you have going on. If the control head is electrically dead then it has either failed or is missing a power or ground feed. The first step in diagnosing the problem was to test it's power and ground feeds using a test light if fuses are good.

Have the powers and grounds been tested?

I'm not able to talk on the phone. If conversing on the normal question/answer page isn't sufficient I can also open the question for others to see if someone else is willing to help.
