I replaced the timing belt and water pump and now it won't start. 2004 pacifica.
JA: How many miles are on the timing belt? Have you ever had to change it before?
Customer: 190,000
JA: What year is your '04 190?
Customer: 2004 Chrysler pacifica
JA: Are you fixing your Pacifica yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: other than timing belt and water pump, nothing.

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

The engine won't start unless the cam and crank signals aren't and in sync. If the engine isn't in time then you'll have no spark or injector pulse. If the no start condition is due to the work that was done then I would first suspect it is out of time.
