Customer Question

I wanted to replace radio,I unplugged everything no problems, did not hook up new radio, wanted to get help ,now car will not start.Seems like a security thing or something. How can I bypass this issue? I unhooked battery, checked fuses ,do not know what else to do
JA: Does the battery look like it's leaking? And does it have a strong smell -- like sulfur?
Customer: No battery is good
JA: What is the model/year of your Chrysler?
Customer: 2008 Sebring touring
JA: Are you fixing your Sebring yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Just trying to get it to start, never no problems before. All I want to do is change the stock stereo to something nice. Some kind of security thing maybe
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: no,everything else is good,thanks
