My Chrysler stopped while driving on the freeway. I lost complete power, the car would not start and after multiple attempts, the battery
died and is completely drained. We put another battery and the car turns over like it wants to start with power but it sounds like it's not getting the spark for fuel. Because it won't start. It's a 2006 Pacifica
and I am not the 1st owner so I'm not sure if this is an ongoing Chrysler problem or if you can shed some light?
JA: Is the power loss consistent, or does it fluctuate?
Customer: Changing the battery brought back power but it still doesn't start
JA: What is the model/year of your Chrysler?
Customer: 2006 Chrysler pacifica
JA: Are you fixing your Pacifica yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I just had a friend look at it He didn't have a scanner though and everything is hard to find inside
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: It turned off while I was driving on the freeway, and then the check engine
light came on. I lost power to the engine. The steering wheel became very difficult to turn and the breaks locked up
