Customer: Battery is new and perfect condition.
JA: What is the model/year of your Chrysler?
Customer: 2005 PT cruiser non turbo.
JA: Are you fixing your PT Cruiser yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: If a simple part replacement that I can do myself I will. I have done nothing so far. Car runs ok.
