first it was my passenger side that not working now its my drivers side
JA: What is the model/year of your Chrysler?

JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: no. replaced switch on passenger side that's still not working. haven't did anything to drivers side
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: when I purchased the car I paid for environmental insurance, which a one time payment, I want to know if I still have this insurance and if so will this fall up under repair with no out of pocket pay

I believe you failed to mention what on the vehicle is not working.

If your vehicle is not under warranty any longer this repair will come out of pocket.
