we are putting a new convertible top on a 08 sebring, hadthe top half way up to access the rear glass nuts and now the top does not work at all. Scaned it and no codes
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact code? And have you tried to reset it?
Customer: no code, disconnected negative battery terminal for 20 mins

If the top isn't working it could be a mechanical, hydraulic or electrical issue. Odds are the power top control module is stopping operation because an input is incorrect.
