At first it was the battery but my windows kept fogging. I have blue devil that I haven't put in my car yet. But now I see the problem is worst to where it's not starting

Hello and welcome to Justanswer!

There are many things that could prevent the engine from starting, especially depending on what it's actually doing. If the starter isn't engaging you could have a bad starter, ignition switch, battery, cable or connection issue, the problem could be with the TIPM, powertrain control module, transmission range sensor, or it could be a security related issue.

What specifically happens when you try to start the engine?
