turn signals, dashboard and hazard lights are not working
JA: Have you checked the fuses? The dashboard bulbs?
Customer: yea but I can only see one fuse box near to the battery
JA: What is the make/model/year of your car?
Customer: chrysler 2002 town country
JA: Are you fixing your Country yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: looking for a flashing relay
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: no thats pretty much all

There is a body control module that causing this issue , it is located under the steering wheel kind close to the e brake pedal , i sent you the diagram location

A new one and dealer programming will recommended, you can buy a used one but there numbers have to match exactly or it want work correctly

and most used one are bad .

I would get to it and inspect the connector for any backed out pins or melted wires ,use a flash light to shine inside of the connector

try spraying Electrical contact cleaner and retry ,if not then just replace module

The Body Control Module (BCM) is located in the passenger compartment, attached to the bulkhead underneath the left side of the instrument panel.

well that was not the solution. I replace the IOD fuse that did the job
