Customer Question

I accidentally push in the ignition Now it will not start
JA: Have you checked the battery, particularly the terminal connections? Are they corroded?
Customer: Radio and lights work
JA: What is the model/year of your Chrysler?
Customer: 2007 300 2.7
JA: Are you fixing your 300 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I removed the panel because I think the cable to the ignition is loose but I am having no luck getting to the point where I can check the cable
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Car was working fine last time I parked. Just tried to start again and it would start then shut off
